'Stumpy'

When Shirley Clarkson first designed her version of Paddington Bear for market she was inundated with letters from concerned bear lovers, on removal of their boots they appeared to have no feet. Nicknamed 'stumpy' bears these early designs are quite rare. Adding feet to them meant a whole new design. Judging by the look on this guy's face, he doesn't like being called stumpy!!! #paddington
